Delivery

We Deliver throughout France and the EU.

The average delivery time or availability of the product for receipt in the office is 10-15 working days, except for “Pre Order” orders, the availability of which is indicated when placing the order.

There are 2 delivery methods available:

1. Delivery in France (FREE delivery for orders from 50 eur): 

• 4.99 eur (UPS, TNT, DHL)

2. Delivery in EU (FREE delivery for orders from 50 eur):

• 6.99 eur (UPS, TNT, DPD, DHL)

In cases when at the time of acceptance of the goods the buyer has noticed that the consignment does not contain the appropriate quantity of goods or the delivered goods do not correspond to the goods ordered and not indicated in the invoice, bill of lading, goods accompanying document or other delivery-acceptance document, the buyer has immediate inform the Coffee Ritz. If the buyer finds that the delivered goods are of unsatisfactory quality, he does not accept the low-quality goods and must return them to the courier, but the fact and reason for returning the goods must be noted on the invoice, bill of lading or other delivery-acceptance or return document.
