Description

This set combines coffee beans from Peru, Colombia and Guatemala to reach excellent results. Try a special selection of freshly roasted coffee beans from America. Selection of medium roasted beans, which brings into your cup balanced sweetness and chocolate flavors.

Colombian coffees are most often what folks think of with South America. In the Colombian coffee region, coffee culture is evolving as the tercer ola, or the “third wave,” the most recent generation of coffee producers. You’ll only find domestically-grown beans in Colombia. The country is routinely listed among the top three coffee-producing countries in the world. Sweet and medium-bodied, they have the most recognizable coffee flavor to most of the world.

Despite its relatively small size, Guatemala’s coffee-producing regions have distinct regional profiles that are influenced primarily by varieties and microclimate. HUEHUETENANGO is probably the most famous (and difficult to pronounce—it is generally said “way-way-ten-AN-go”) region, and has the highest altitudes in the country, as high as 2,000 meters. Crisp malic and citrus acidity, full body, and toffee sweetness mark these coffees, which tend to be the most fruit-forward and can be the most complex of what Guatemala has to offer.

Peru stood at position ten in the list of the world’s largest coffee producers. That is a good reason enough to show you Peruvian coffee is no underdog. It has progressed positively towards both healthy production and high-quality beans. The coffee is selected by hand, which can come the higher the elevation with a considerable amount of danger. The coffee a vivid acidity, colorful floral aromas, and a rich sweetness.
